I’m a software engineer by training. The first half of my career was spent at international startups in the US, France, Switzerland, the UK, and Poland, working across diverse industries — fintech, adtech, e-commerce, IoT, and data. For the past ten years, I’ve been in engineering management and leadership, including roles as VP of Engineering and CTO.
These roles always involved working closely with individuals — supporting people’s growth and building organizations in which each person could reach their full potential. Over time, I noticed that this was the part of the work I cared about most, and that the rest was secondary. That recognition led me toward individual development as a practice in its own right and to discovering how genuinely passionate I am about supporting people through their challenges and growth.
I went through the School of Creation — a program that supports conscious creation in relationships and work by examining the limiting beliefs and patterns held in the subconscious and the body, which left me with a deep interest in Jung. Since then, I’ve been exploring how to bring Jung’s work into one-on-one coaching, most recently by completing the Gifts Compass training. I’m based in Warsaw, Poland, where I have a private coaching practice working with clients in Polish and English.
Music — playing guitar and taking vocal training — has become a deepening practice in my life, partly in response to what my own Gifts Compass profile revealed about my gifts. I find peace and nourishment in nature, and I’m a husband and father of an almost five-year-old, building my family alongside this work. Underneath all of it is a genuine fascination with depth psychology and its crossover with spirituality, which is what keeps fueling my exploration.
