The Gifts Compass Inventory® (GCI)

The GCI Avaliação

The Gifts Compass Inventory® (GCI) is a simple, insightful self-awareness tool that reveals your strongest natural gifts—the ways of thinking, relating, and working that feel most authentic and effortless to you. Used by psychologists for more than a decade, the GCI is now available to the public. It is a carefully validated instrument grounded in the remarkable work of Carl Jung, the pioneering psychologist who introduced the concepts of introversion and extraversion.

The GCI is the first validated instrument in a century to express Jung’s original model of eight psychological types. While other 16-type systems were later adaptations of his work, only the GCI stays true to these foundational eight dispositions. We don’t reduce you to a personality label or a number. Instead, we introduce the eight types as living gifts—your natural aptitudes and the ways you are uniquely designed to engage with the world.

Your natural aptitudes, or gifts, can lead you to the life you were born for.  Whatever life path you choose, using your best gifts will make the journey easier, happier, and more successful.

The Gifts Compass Inventory® (GCI) is a simple self-awareness assessment that profiles your best gifts. Your natural aptitudes, or gifts, can lead you to the work, and the life, you were born
for.

We will not label you with a personality type or a number; we illustrate your gifts—your core aptitudes, your inborn “superpower.”

How Will the GCI Help Me?

It also offers practical guidance for life choices—revealing which roles or careers fit you well and how you can collaborate more easily with others.

What People Are Saying About The GCI

"The GCI provides important insights into how to develop one’s natural talents and how to find greater fulfillment in life."

"Gifts Compass has the outstanding merit of staying close to Jung’s original intention of linking psychological type theory to the individuation process. It is a brilliant contribution to the field of typological theory and practice. Of all the attempts to apply psychological type theory to models of counseling and coaching, this is by far the best."
