I’ve been coaching since 2007, and in that time have worked with over 450 individuals and teams, completing well over 5000 hours of coaching and facilitation work. I work with people from many organisations – from Headteachers and College Principals to senior clergy;from partners in law firms to CEOs of voluntary organisations;from parish priests and lay workers to academics, new managers and leaders in the technology sector.
A qualified Action Learning Set facilitator, I have enabled team development and strategic planning work for Cathedral Chapters, an Oxford College, Trustee boards, and Leadership Teams in all sectors. I’m accredited as a Senior Practitioner in Coaching by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a member of EMCC; currently, I am the president of the British Association for Psychological Type, which supports practice and interest in the use of Jungian type models.
I’ve also been fully involved in coach education, supporting the development of coaches in both basic and more advanced practice. I qualified as a Supervisor of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants with the Bath Consultancy in 2014, and currently support the practice of around 10 other coaches as part of my practice.
