The assessments and more importantly, reflection and follow up exercises, were invaluable. Students were really able to see potential paths for themselves and have the tools to guide them through that work.

I struggled my first year of college, studying the life sciences. Then I took the Gifts Compass and completed the Discover Your Passion consult. Those assessments gave me a renewed sense of purpose and direction. I changed my major to marketing and the next year, I made the dean’s list.
