The Assessment

The Discover Your Passion assessment can help you find the work you love, where your confidence and self-esteem can thrive. We focus on three key factors:

1. Your gifts. The GCI, Gifts Compass Inventory®, identifies your best gifts. Your natural aptitudes—your “gifts”—can lead you to the life you were born for.  Whatever life path you choose, using your best gifts will make the journey easier, happier, and more successful.

2. Your Interests. We don’t choose our interests, we notice them. We help you identify what could keep you interested.

3. Your dream of life. We all possess a source of knowing guidance within us that moves our lives toward greater growth and meaning. We use metaphors to discern that guidance.
