His practice, Living and Working on Purpose focuses on supporting clients through major and minor life transitions as they work towards a more meaningful, vital, and fulfilling life. Through one-on-one therapy as well as group offerings, Dave also supports fathers as they adjust to a new identity and face novel, as well as sometimes very familiar challenges.

Dave is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and has been offering Motivational Interviewing training and coaching to helping professionals across disciplines since 2009. He consults, coaches, and teaches classes to social services and criminal justice leaders and their staff throughout the US.
